What is your return policy?
We value your business and want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any item, return it within 15 days of the shipping date for a complete refund of the merchandise price. Please do not accept any shipment if the packaging appears damaged in any way. We strongly suggest that you check your order after receiving it to be sure that it is in proper working order. Returned items must be in resalable condition. Resalable condition means that the product is exactly in the same condition as you received it. All exchanges must be pre-paid, returned in original packing, and show no sign of wear or abuse. In the event that the product is not in the same condition as you received it you may be subject to a minimum 15% restock fee, repair charge or disqualification. Shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed, so please be aware that if you are purchasing a product that has "Free Shipping" our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.  If the return is from receipt of damaged or defective product, or from our mistake we will pay shipping charges-for both returned item and replacement item. Please contact us at levelmusic@aol.com for an RA(return authorization) number and instructions before returning any items. Returns will not be accepted without RA(return authorization) number. No returns past 15 days. CDs, DVDs, video tapes, books, strings, drum heads, harmonicas, mouthpieces, microphones, raw speakers, or Special Orders are not covered by this return policy.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.

Do you ship internationally?
Occasionally we will ship internationally. Please contact us at levelmusic@aol.com.

When will I receive my order?
In stock orders usually ship within 24 hours. We ship UPS or Fedex Ground. We will provide you with a tracking number to view progress of shipment.

What about errors on the website?
We reserve the right to correct listing errors.
